Shipping & Delivery
Every order is handled carefully and sent securely within the UK using Royal Mail First Class. Below is a clear breakdown of how and when your jewellery will arrive.
Dispatch Times
We are based in the UK and aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are prepared and handed to Royal Mail on the next working day, Monday to Friday.
Weekends and UK bank holidays are not treated as working days, so orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Service
All standard UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class.
- Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days from dispatch
- Delivery window: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
- Delivered by your local Royal Mail postal worker
These timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail. Most parcels arrive within this window, but occasional delays can occur due to local postal volumes or seasonal pressure.
Packaging & Protection
Jewellery is packed with care to protect it in transit. Each piece is placed in an appropriate box or pouch, cushioned for impact, and then sealed inside an outer mailing box or padded envelope.
We do not ship items loose. The aim is simple: the piece that arrives with you should look exactly as it left us.
Tracking & Signed For Services
Higher value orders may be upgraded to a tracked or signed-for service at our discretion. Where tracking is used, you will receive a reference once your order has been dispatched.
If a signature is required and no one is available at the address, Royal Mail will leave a card or update the tracking to explain the next step.
If You Are Not In
If you are not home when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will normally:
- Leave a calling card with collection or redelivery instructions, or
- Update the tracking to show that the item is being held at your local delivery office.
You can rearrange delivery or collect your parcel in person using the details provided on the card or tracking page.
Delays & Late Deliveries
Postal delays are uncommon but can happen, especially around bank holidays, strikes, or during busy seasonal periods.
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, contact us with your order details. We will review the tracking (if available), speak to Royal Mail where necessary, and outline the next steps.
International Shipping
Our main focus is UK delivery, but we may be able to ship certain items internationally on request. Delivery times, services, and costs vary by country.
If you require shipping outside the UK, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm options and pricing.
