Returns & Refunds
Returns & Refunds Policy
A clear and straightforward breakdown of how returns and refunds work. Jewellery is a personal purchase, and many pieces are one-of-a-kind, so the policy below protects both you and the integrity of each item.
Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned only if they are unused, unworn, and in the exact condition they were received. All original packaging, boxes, and documentation must be included.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return postage unless an item was sent in error.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain items are strictly non-returnable due to their personalised nature or hygiene reasons:
- Customised items
- Made-to-order pieces
- Heirloom or vintage items that have been adjusted at the customer’s request (including resizing, alterations, polishing, restoration, engraving, or gemstone changes)
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
If a piece has been modified specifically for your order, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in perfect condition:
- Unworn and undamaged
- Free from scratches, marks, or alteration
- Returned with all packaging and documentation
Any item that does not meet these standards will be declined and returned to the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 3–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to review the issue quickly and put it right.
